Freshly frozen, sweet and tender British Petit Pois. Grown in the UK on a third generation Yorkshire farm. Frozen within 2.5 hours of being picked, locking in all the nutrients.
Cooking Instructions:
Cook from frozen. Simmer gently in lightly salted water with a sprig of fresh mint, until just tender. Drain and serve with a knob of butter and garnish with mint. Or microwave from frozen with a knob of butter. Stir from time to time. Or steam with a sprig of mint until tender.
